1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Cohort Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Cohort Tech provides product development, AI startup validation, and automation services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project-specific agreement, all custom deliverables created for the client upon full payment shall belong to the client. Cohort Tech retains ownership of any pre-existing code, tools, or methodologies used in delivering the services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cohort Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or developed products. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cohort Tech is headquartered.
